Delivery and Returns

As soon as you have placed your order and fulfilled your payment obligation, we will send the product in 5-7 working days. If you have any requests concerning delivery, please contact us at info@hannelore.com

If you want to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 10 days after receiving your order. Products can be exchanged for a different product or get a refund, received to the original payment method.

If you have not received your order within 5-7 working days, please contact us via info@byhannelore.com

Please note the following conditions to our return and exchange policy:

  • The product has not been used
  • The seal is still intact and in its original packaging
  • The product has no visible signs of use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Inform us of your wish to return your product through info@byhannelore.com
  • We will provide you with a return label for a free return
  • Print your return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send your product return to us with the label provided, with label firmly attached to the package
  • As soon as we have received your product, and made sure it corresponds with our return requirements, we will refund your order price
